Home tab in Portals is being depricated

Hello, we are depricating the Home tab which used to be the default tab in client portals. The new default tab is the Dashboard, which can be configured to show announcements, notifications and messages.

If your portals no longer have the Home tab - you do not need to do anything

Otherwise:

• make sure that Home is not on the top of the Selected Items list in your Portal Tab configuration screen

• to find the configuration page, go to Portals, select your Client Portal Group, then Settings and "Open Tab Configuration" button from the General tab.

• then make sure Home is not on top. Optionally, move Documents to the top if you do not want the Dashboard to be the default first tab. We do recommend to keep the Dashboard to be the first tab as it provides useful information and can be configured to improve customer experience.
