Welcome to MyDocSafe December 2025 release note

1. E-signature
   1. signers can now select ‘today’s date’ faster.

2. Portals
   1. Client users can now rename folders they created themselves (for some reason that option was not available to them)
3. Document management
   1. Interal Documents have been renamed from “Documents” to “Files” to remove confusion related to “Documents” tabs in client portals
   2. Files have now been migrated to the new user interface.
   3. Note that the Templates folder will be retired very soon.  When this happens:
      1. You will be able to create a static templates anywhere in Files
      2. Dynamic templates will be retired
      3. Mail merge feature will be retired
4. Practice management
