What's new in MyDocSafe – May 2026

Here's what shipped this month: a redesigned top navigation, a faster Tasks page, smarter invoice emails and payments, and customizable portal home pages for every portal group.

• Practice section in the top navigation, with Tasks and Timesheets
• Sales Flows / Proposals moved to the top navigation; Clients and Prospects each get their own page

• Tasks page is faster on large lists and supports filtering by status, assignee, and client; tasks autosave as you edit
• File folders for tasks – attach and organize files inside any task

  • Signer full names appear in document list columns

  • Refreshed change-email page; errors now show on the right field

Fixes

• Portals: Forms list no longer times out for portals with lots of submissions; Close button works on the final page of completed broadcasts; prospect breadcrumb no longer shows the group name twice; column settings on the Prospects page are now saved
• Payments: real Stripe error messages instead of "Payment provider configuration error"; small invoices that can't be charged are blocked at send time; failed payments self-heal
• Tasks: opening a contact from the assignee popover no longer errors
• Notifications: company users now get notified when an AML/ID verification report is ready
• Forms: dates in form results now show correctly for users in time zones west of UTC
• Sign-in: 2FA "Invalid code" message clears so you can re-enter
• Settings: notification toggles no longer silently reset
• Files: read-access users no longer see the "Edit static template" option
• Mobile: bio-login "Use password instead" button works correctly
